Series 120 Spiral Mixer Elements

The Series 120 spiral static mixer elements are from our helical type motionless mixers, providing these as a separate range allows you to create custom mixers bespoke to your application as well as prolong the life of your inline static mixers by replacing the elements when they are worn out. Able to mix a wide range of reactive two part products such as, Polyurethanes, Epoxy Resins, Acrylics, Silicones, Polysulfides and other adhesives, as well as multiple other two part reactive chemicals.

Series 120 plastic static spiral elements have an “apple core” cross section. Elements are injection-moulded in one operation ensuring excellent quality control and low unit cost. Additional benefits include, long life and great flow rate, plus the elements flush clean with less solvent.
