The Pro-Meter G system is designed to precisely dispense urethanes, silicones, butyls and hot melt materials. The system's Pro-Meter controller automatically adjusts the gear pump material output proportionate to the analog signal. This provides uniform deposition of the adhesive bead as the robot accelerates and decelerates through the programmed path. It features:

• High output flow through gear metering unit in ambient or heated versions.
• Designed to automatically dispense high viscosity materials in proportion to the robot speed.
• Available with flow measurement and bubble detection for a robust system.
  

Typical Pro-Meter G system consists of:

• Nordson Pro-Meter G gear pump
• CE20 HiVisc dispensing module
• System controller
• Rhino® bulk unloaders
• The system is ideal for dispensing adhesives and sealants on a wide range of automotive glass.
