FlowDose PCV Mini Meter
Accurate progressive cavity meter for controlled micro-dispensing of Adhesives & Sealants
The FlowDose PCV Mini is a volumetric metering system based around the progressive cavity pump format designed for micro-dispensing of various sealants, adhesives and resins. Progressive cavity metering has many benefits as the delivery method operates with low shear/low pressure, meaning the system can work with compressible materials, abrasive fillers and pressure sensitive materials.
Due to the construction of the pump, there is also no need for any inlet valve or dispense valve, the system simply stops to stop the flow and to give a snuff-back effect, the pump can reverse slightly to positively cut-off the flow.
FlowDose PCV Mini can dispense exact volumes as low as 0.01ml with a repeatability of +/-1% making this the ideal system to dispense very small dots and beads or for potting micro electronics such as PCB’s or processors.
