FlowDose PCV2K Mini Meter
Accurate progressive cacity meter for controlled 2K fluid micro-dispensing
The FlowDose PCV2K Mini is a volumetric metering system based around the progressive cavity pump format designed for micro-dispensing of various 2-part sealants, adhesives and resins. 2K Progressive cavity metering has many benefits as the delivery method is low shear/low pressure, this means that the system can work with compressible materials, abrasive fillers and pressure sensitive materials.
Due to the construction of the pump, there is also no need for any inlet valves or dispense valves, the system simply stops to stop the flow of both A and B and to give a snuff-back effect, the pumps can reverse slightly to positively cut-off the flow.
FlowDose PCV2K Mini can dispense exact volumes as low as 0.02ml with a repeatability of +/-1% making this the ideal system to dispense 2-component adhesives and sealants as very small dots and beads or for potting micro electronics such as PCB’s or processors.

- Abrasive version for TIM 2-part Thermal Pastes with ceramic coated rotor
- Stainless Steel version for chemical compatibility with materials such as 2K Polysulfide.
