iQ Dispense Valves deliver long-lasting and dependable performance for single-component sealant and adhesive dispensing applications. Available as ball seat, snuff-back, or tip seal with the following options:

A large selection of tip sizes

• Small to large orifice options for small to large beads and flow rates
• A threaded outlet for use with needle
• An RAC spray nozzle option

Tip extensions

• Select from three nozzle extension lengths to optimise the dispensing tool path
• Accommodates focal lengths for vision systems

Fully heated for material viscosity control

• For applications up to 700C (1 580F), the iQ valve offers a heated option.
• Obtain improved pump-ability and repeatability by heating the valve so that the viscosity of
  the material can be kept constant.
• Direct-mounted solenoid
• Choose the direct mounted solenoid option for the fastest and most repeatable on/off operation.
