AGP (for continuous flow metering)

Two component sealant pumping and metering system for edge sealing of glazing panels and curtain walls.

The ExactaBlend AGP provides accurate, on-ratio mixing and a consistent flow rate, even during pump changeover. The system monitors the flow rate of the base material sealant and automatically adjusts the catalyst flow rate to achieve an on-ratio dispense. It also:

• Provides automatic shut-down if off-ratio conditions occur
• Cuts material waste and reduces rework for a healthier bottom line

With the ExactaBlend AGP, each ounce of sealant that is dispensed is properly mixed. A better mix results in material that cures evenly and with no soft spots.

• Ultimately reduces the chance of seal failure on insulating glass

An optional USB data download lets you verify that the material was dispensed properly. Reports provide you with date and time, plus:

• A & B material usage
• Flow rate
• Alarm events
• Ratio
