The Micro-Meter A2K is a small, light and easy-to-mount two-component meter that does not sacrifice any volumetric accuracy in the dispense process, making it ideal for potting, encapsulation, gasketing, and bonding. The A2K is shot and bead capable. Tne Micro-Meter P2K can be mounted to our larger bench top robots, cartesian robots or to 6-axis robot arms for ultra precise fluid dispensing applications.
The A2K's linear servo actuator is capable of high torque and speed granting precise control over the dispensed solution and its flow rate. The servo allows is capable of variable flow during shots, granting sophisticated application flexibility. With two precision cut rods moved by the linear servo motor, the A2K ensures consistent volume ratios throughout either sealant or adhesive mixing processes.
