Precision dual-servo 2K fluid dispensing meter, easily robot mounted

The Micro-Meter D2K is a small, light and easy-to-mount on robots two-component meter that does not sacrifice any volumetric accuracy in the dispense process. The dual-servo drive makes it ideal for potting and beading dissimilar materials which require different pressure to maintain the required flow rate.The Micro-Meter D2K has 6 screw positions to allow mounting to a robot.

Pre-pressure of both resin and catalyst allows the D2K to offer fantastic mixing control and reduces lead-lag issues whilst dispensing material of different viscosity. Ratio adjustment is offered via software inputs with no need for physical hardware adjustment, allowing curing and resulting hardness to match applications flexibly.
