Series 160 Plastic Static Mixers

Plastic static mixer nozzles for mixing two part adhesives, resins, suitable for cartridges and also 2K dispensing equipment

The Series 160 disposable static mixer has a bell mouth inlet and spiral static mixer elements for mixing glues and resins, dispensing from dispensing equipment and 2-part cartridges. Able to mix and dispense a wide range of adhesive types such as, Polyurethanes, Epoxy Resins, Acrylics, Silicones, Polysulfides and other glues, as well as multiple other two part reactive chemicals.

The Series 160 has a bell inlet which fits all standard valve manifolds and many types of cartridges that separately port the A and B materials directly into the mixer. Clean-up simply involves removing the mixer and wiping the manifold face clean. In the case of the cartridges, because of the divider fin, simply remove the mixer.

Our one-piece Metal Jacket is recommended if working pressure inside the mixer nozzle exceeds 150 psi (10 bar) (only used with meter mix valves or manifolds).
