Series 295 Turbo Plastic Static Bayonet Mixers

The Series 295 plastic Turbo static mixer is a square type motionless mixer with a bayonet inlet connection for low volume mixing and dispensing from 2 component 50ml cartridges. Able to mix and dispense a wide range of reactive two part products such as, Polyurethanes, Epoxy Resins, Acrylics, Silicones, Polysulfides and other adhesives, as well as multiple other two part reactive chemicals.

The Turbo Mixer ensures superior mixing performance and allows the operator to be closer to the work-piece. Designed for 50 ml two-component cartridges, the Turbo geometry consists of a series of alternating left- and right-hand elements with intermittent flow inverters. The flow inverters effectively channel the fluids from the walls into the centre of the mixer and from the centre to the walls ensuring a more efficient mix with less waste.

Bayonet Turbo Mixers are for use with 50mL Side x Side Cartridges.
