Series 480 Optimixer - Static Mixer

The Series 480 plastic Optimixer static mixer is a square type motionless mixer with a threaded inlet connection for mixing and dispensing from 2 component cartridges and meter mix valves. Able to mix and dispense a wide range of reactive two part products such as, Urethanes, Epoxy Resins, Acrylics, Silicones, Polysulfides and other adhesives, as well as multiple other two part reactive chemicals.

The OptiMixer’s unique, patent-pending design incorporates material flow path improvements and redesigned wedge elements. Both contribute to significantly improved mix quality in a length that’s about 20% shorter than comparable square mixers – the shortest in the marketplace. The mixer’s shorter length allows users to dispense two-component materials within closer proximity to applications, providing greater control, higher job quality and an impressive 30% reduction in retained waste!
