The VC500 is a sophisticated and easy to use valve controller for achieving precise and repeatable dispensing results when using 24V DC auger dispense valves. Dispensing parameters can be quickly entered into the machine using the intuitive navigation buttons, with all programmed values being simultaneously displayed on the multi-line LED screen.
A motor delay and reverse function result in a clean cut-off of the fluid material from the auger valve at the end of the dispensing cycle. The I/O interface ensures the controller can be easily and fully integrated with a dispensing robot or into an automated production line with ease.
