System 1K MHC 1K Adhesive pump and spreader
System 1KM Adhesive pump and spreader for one component polyurethane adhesive for making SIP and sandwich panels.
System 1KM is a high capacity manual pump glue spreader designed for string spreading of low to medium viscosity of one-component adhesives, such as moisture cured Polyurethane’s, PVC and PVA. The system is easy to operate and generates a repeatable uniform spread of one part adhesive.
The system is suitable for manufacturing sandwich panels and is designed to be fed from a 1000L IBC of adhesive with a Buffer Tank for easy non-stop changeover or fed straight form an IBC or 200L drum.
Equipment is available with a Single Bead Dispensing Gun or 500 mm Adhesive Spreader and can be configured for use with multiple guns at multiple dispensing stations.
